The first step is to complete our simple repairs booking form, in which we’ll ask you how many handpieces you need to be repaired or serviced. Once we have your completed form, we’ll collect your handpiece(s) from your reception within 24 hours, using our free, tracked and insured courier.
2: Accept your no-obligation repairs quote
Once we have your handpiece, we’ll diagnose the problem using our tried-and-tested 27-step quality assurance technique. We’ll then send you a free, no-obligation quote the same day, and get to work as soon as you’ve accepted it. If you chose not to go ahead with your repair, we’ll return it free of charge.
3: Receive your handpiece the next working day
Lastly, after your handpiece(s) have been carefully repaired by our technicians, we’ll send it back to you through our overnight couriers so that your surgery is back to full power as soon as possible. If any of your handpieces require repair parts that we don’t hold in stock, we’ll let you know so you can plan for any extra downtime.

Designed to be as simple as possible to save you any unnecessary hassle when booking your repair, the Trigiene repair service can be broken down into three easy steps: booking, repairing and returning. We communicate with you the whole way through the process so you know what to expect, and we don’t hide any extra fees – even our overnight couriers are free for clients. *The PROMISE24 guarantee applies only to turbine handpiece repairs. Repairs of other handpiece types, and those that require OEM parts to be repaired, may take longer to complete. If this is the case for your repair, you’ll be kept informed and can choose not to go ahead with the repair. Free repairs offered if the 24-hours is exceeded are up to £150.
