Get your handpiece repair started quickly and efficiently with our Response24 service.
When you book a repair with Trigiene, we'll collect your handpiece within 24 hours of it being reported as broken. This means the repair is started as soon as possible, resulting in less downtime for your surgery. Plus, we'll send you a secure collection pack which will be collected by our insured couriers, meaning you don't need to worry about your equipment being lost in the post. This same day tracked and traced collection allows you to keep up to date with your headpiece repair journey so you can plan ahead. We never charge for collection or delivery.
As a Trigiene customer, you will have access to a fully transparent online tracking platform, where you can book and check repair status, as well as monitor warranty dates. With group portal control, once a no-obligation quote is issued, repairs can be approved or declined across multiple sites, offering greater control and management at a corporate group level.
You can be assured of the quality of the repairs due to full traceability of repair parts and the use of a 27-step rigorous ISO9001-compliance process in our state-of-the-art workshop. We use European manufactured bearings and cartridges as standard on turbines, offering you the most cost-effective solution and other repairs are carried out using OEM parts. Once repaired, handpieces are returned to your practice the next day with longer than industry average warranty (up to 12 months), giving you peace of mind.
