No, we arrange a free, tracked, and insured collection from your reception.
When booking your repair collection either online or on the phone, we always check lunch closing times for the courier to avoid.
We never charge for collection, although there may be a small delivery charge in cases of non-repair.
At Trigiene, we pride ourselves in the speed of service. When you book a repair, we’ll arrange a free collection within 24 hours. Once your handpiece is in our workshop it is examined by our trained technicians who will send you a quote the same day. Once your quotation is approved the repair is completed and handpieces returned on our overnight carriers.
In the unlikely event of handpieces going missing in transit, you can be assured that all repair packages are insured up to the value of £250.
