Our 27 Step Repair Process

We have a documented 27-step process that we follow rigidly on every repair. We only use fully traceable parts, manufactured to exacting standards and fine tolerances, so we can uphold longer than standard warranties, up to 12 months, thereby reducing risk of failure.

We use European manufactured bearings and cartridges for turbine repairs (OEM cartridges can also be installed upon request), and other repairs are carried out using OEM parts. The repaired handpieces are returned the next day with up to 12 months warranty.

We measure speed and bur rotation in RPM

Your handpiece goes through rotor lateral cutting torque testing

Chip Air Drive

We check for effective exhaust air

Drive Air Test

We check for correct air drive

Water Test

We check water lines are clear and the jet plate is producing even water distribution

Chuck Pull Test

We check friction grip bur chuck

Visual Inspection

Your handpiece is examined thoroughly for external or impeding damage

Dismantle & Clean

Each part of the handpiece goes through an ultrasonic cleaning process

Parts Replacement

Worn or damaged parts are replaced, to specification, from our extensive stock

Oiling

Your handpiece is oiled to suit the manufacturers specification

Internal Bio-Cleanse

Your handpiece is completely flushed with internal W&L cleanse

Logging of Replaced Parts

All replacement parts are recorded for your records

Seal Handpiece

We undertake final checks before the handpiece is sealed ready for sterilisation and usage

Our team discuss our work & quotation with you, and can give impartial expert advice on preventative maintenance

Warranty Period Applied

All repairs come with the ‘Trigiene Guarantee’ and full warranty on parts fitted
