From start to finish, we tailor our service to meet your specific requirements, working around your schedule to collect, repair and return your handpiece (or handpieces if you have multiple pieces of equipment in need of servicing) back to you as quickly as possible. Our KaVo repairs service is broken down into three steps:
1: Complete our KaVo repairs request form
Firstly, you’ll need to fill in our simple repairs request form, letting us know whether or not you need your KaVo handpiece repaired after a breakage, or routinely serviced to keep it in working order. We’ll then arrange a collection from your reception with our fully tracked and insured courier.
2: Wait for our free, no-obligation quote
Once you’ve sent your kit for repair, we’ll get to work running diagnostics to identify the cause of the malfunction. We’ll then be in touch with your repair quote with generic or genuine KaVo parts and, once accepted, we’ll begin repairs immediately. If you opt not to carry out the repair, we’ll get your equipment back to you, no questions asked, and completely free of charge.
3 - Get your handpiece back in full-working order the next day*
As part of our dedication to making repairs as simple and fast as possible, we offer a 24-hour turnaround, meaning we’ll get your handpiece back to top working condition and send it back to you through our overnight couriers, so you don’t miss a beat running your practice.
