24 Hour Repair Promise*

We take an easy, 3-step process to W&H repairs

At Trigiene, we understand how inconvenient broken and malfunctioning handpieces can be, particularly during peak periods when the surgery needs to be operating at 100% efficiency. That’s why we’ve designed our W&H handpiece repairs service to fit seamlessly around you and your needs, so you can get back to work confident in the durability and functionality of your tools.

With convenience and speed as top priorities, we work around your schedule from collection to return to get your handpieces back to you in as little as 24 hours. Not only do we collect your handpiece (or handpieces) from your reception so you don’t need to waste time organising a courier, but once we have your equipment our technicians are ready to review and diagnose the issue the same day. Our quotes are no-obligation too, so if you choose not to go ahead with the repair, we’ll return your handpiece to you at no cost.

1: Fill in our simple W&H repair request form

Complete our online booking form to request a repair or service on your handpiece. Let us know how many pieces you’re booking in, and our fully tracked and insured courier will collect them from your reception.

2: Receive a no-obligation repairs quote

Once we have your equipment at our service department, our experienced technicians will run a full diagnosis to identify the issue, and provide a quote for repair the same day. If the quote is accepted, we’ll get to work right away.

3: Get your repaired handpiece back the next day*

We offer a 24-hour turnaround service so, as long as we have the parts required to perform the repair, you’ll have your piece back in full working order through our overnight couriers before your surgery opens the following day.

Frequently asked questions

Are you W&H accredited?

Yes, we are an approved W&H ProService Partner, meaning that we have a specialist accreditation from W&H to service and repair their handpieces. Because of this, all of our W&H handpiece repairs are fully validated by the manufacturer, and we follow their strict standards and use genuine W&H parts when carrying out these repairs.

Our three-step repairs service is fast, simple and affordable, with our manufacturer-trained technicians providing reliable diagnostics and top-quality repairs in as little as 24 hours. To learn more about our processes, head over to our full dental handpiece repairs page where we breakdown the benefits of using our services and answer your most asked questions.

Proper handpiece maintenance starts with a thorough sanitisation routine. As with many burs and handpieces, the best way to clean your W&H handpieces is through using an autoclave to sterilise the tools through steam. To learn more about how to properly prepare and clean your equipment to improve their lifespan, read our ‘How to clean your dental handpieces’ blog.

*In order to ensure our clients get their repaired handpieces back as soon as possible, we keep a wide range of high-quality stock repair parts at our servicing department. On the occasion that your W&H handpiece needs a specialist part that we don’t have on-hand, we’ll order the part immediately and keep you updated on the status of your repair at all times.
